Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation, not a contract. We'll talk through what's going on in your organization, what you're trying to solve or build, and whether HPS is the right fit to help. There's no pressure and no generic package — just an honest read on your situation and what a path forward could look like.

Project-Based Consulting

Once we've scoped the work together, I'll lay out a clear plan — what's included, what it'll take, and what success looks like by the end. Projects can run anywhere from a few weeks to several months depending on the scope, and you'll always know where things stand. My goal is to leave your organization stronger and more self-sufficient than I found it, not dependent on me to keep running.

Executive and Leadership Coaching

Coaching engagements typically run in regular cycles — often bi-weekly or monthly, depending on what a leader needs — with sessions focused on real, current challenges rather than generic curriculum. We'll set goals at the outset and check progress against them along the way, so coaching stays accountable to outcomes, not just conversation.

HR Recruiting

Recruiting engagements start with a deep understanding of the role, the team it sits within, and what success in that seat actually looks like — not just a list of qualifications. From there, I manage the search process end-to-end and keep you informed at each stage, so you're never wondering where things stand.

Availability

I intentionally work with a limited number of clients at a time so that every client gets real attention and responsiveness instead of being one of many. If timing doesn't line up right away, I'll tell you that honestly, too.
